What is the delivery time & cost?

1) All in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days, and we will send you a shipping confirmation email when the product is dispatched. 

2) Due to the increase in logistics costs, a shipping fee of $6.99-$12.99 is charged for countries in Europe except for UK. Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

Why can’t I place my order in your website?

1) The item you ordered is out of stock in your country. 
2) You live in a remote area and delivery is not possible. 

3) There may be payment problems when placing an order.
